Membership Information:
Club membership is yearly and starts at the time of payment (365 calendar days). The yearly dues are $35.00 for new members, $25.00 to renew an existing membership, and $10 (new or renewal) for spouse, child, or parent. Your dues go towards providing a place for you and others to race (club members and non-members), track equipment, PA system, payouts to winners, and the club website. At the current time the club does not furnish shirts and are to be paid for by the member when the club places an order (if the member desires to have a shirt) Your membership entitles you to the Private Area of the A-Train forums where we will discuss up-coming events before they are announced and possible rule changes, website features, etc.
E-mail notices may be sent to keep all club members informed of current goings on. All membership dues are non-refundable.
What is expected of you as a club member:
As an A-Train club member you are expected to act in a manner that promotes the hobby in a positive light. Your attitude is a direct reflection of the club and as such certain things will not be tolerated. There will be no profanity at club races or any other races away from our area. This is a family oriented club and should be portrayed as such. There will be no smoking on the drivers stand. There will be no alcohol at the track. There will be no taunting, or offensive language used at the track or in the forums. Basically it is simple; act like you have some common sense. If these rules are not followed you could have your membership revoked.
Club members are expected to step up and help setup and/or take down the track if they are racing. We understand not everyone can be there early to setup but at least help take down and clean up the parking lot. We are all in this together so lets help each other out and make it better for everyone.
